In short, we teach marketers to become problem solvers and
to enter the marketing phase of selling/leasing properties
or their business with confidence.
MarketBase Workshops, Clinics and Coaching Services
Workshops:
MarketBase workshops are single-day programs for
2 to 5 key people that focus on problem-solving a specific
marketing/ communications strategy, such as:
- developing a marketing
plan
- implementing and leveraging a tenant satisfaction
program
- understanding the media
- developing an effective, proactive
publicity program.
Clinics:
MarketBase clinics are programs designed for 3 to 7
people who are interested in acquiring and applying the
basics of People, Property and Process techniques and skills
of
marketing/ communications. Clinics are customized according
to client's needs, schedules and budgets. For example,
weekly clinics consisting of 1, 2, 3 or more days may be necessary
in order to maintain (or sustain) team momentum
during the research, development and implementation phases
of a marketing
program.
Coaching Services:
Coaching services are available for established
clients who have experienced either a workshop or a clinic—or
both—and who need assistance keeping on track with their
marketing
progress.
Through face-to-face meetings, tele-coaching or e-coaching,
MarketBase helps commercial real estate clients define, enhance
and leverage their promotional strategies. We’ll help
you achieve topic-specific goals and arrive at solutions to
achieve sales and/or leasing objectives through proactive
promotional strategies. Together, we will develop a new marketing
plan, or identify the strengths of your existing marketing
plan and shore up the areas that need it.
A MarketBase contact and a client-designated contact work
together to help your business or property stay competitive
and viable through these coaching options:
- Face-to-face meetings—at
the client's office and/or subject property. Meetings
take place monthly, depending on budget.
- Tele-coaching—1/4
to 1/2 hour weekly telephone consultations.
- E-coaching—a
minimum of 2 to 5 e-mail communications per week.
