About Joyce Gould
Joyce Gould has been involved in the commercial real estate
field since 1979. In 1983, she developed and directed an internal
marketing and research department, the first of its kind in
any such regional fee-service company. Image and logo development,
strategic marketing, planning, public relations, media relations,
events, signage, budgeting, brochures and marketing materials
were all coordinated under her direction. Her commitment to
these efforts helped to bring the company to a position of
prominence, which helped it to regularly achieve successful
sale and lease transactions for local, regional and national
clients.
In 1988, Joyce became the only female and non-broker to be
named to the company’s partnership. And in 1991, she
was named to the position of chief operating officer, responsible
for managing the company’s daily operations; researching
and authoring standards of performance manuals for brokerage,
marketing, market research and administrative departments;
and creating a similar manual for the property management
department, which was responsible for more than 2 million
square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
